Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 5 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition

  • Include original packaging, tags, and accessories (if applicable)

  • Show no signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse

  • Include proof of purchase or order confirmation

How to Start a Return

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the item (if damaged, defective, or incorrect)

Once approved, we’ll provide the next steps for returning your order.

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional time may be required for the refund to appear

Shipping charges (if any) are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible items within 5 days of delivery.

If you received the wrong item, need a replacement for a damaged product, or want to exchange an eligible item, contact nisthanam@gmail.com and we’ll assist you based on availability.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and share photos of the issue.

Once verified, we will arrange one of the following at no additional cost:

  • Replacement

  • Exchange

  • Full refund (where applicable)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective:

  • Customized or personalized jewellery

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons, if applicable)

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale / clearance items

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Products showing signs of use

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to damage, defect, or our error, we will cover return shipping costs.

  • For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.
